In 2023, we repaved Capitol Wholesale Fence’s parking lot, completely transforming their curb appeal. Our process involved several key steps to achieve this remarkable transformation. First, we milled the top layers of the existing asphalt parking lot and removed the concrete pad on site to prepare the area for a fresh start. Following this, we placed asphalt binder and tack to ensure adhesion between the layers of asphalt, finishing off with an asphalt topping for a sleek look.Top it all off, we restriped the parking spaces to complete the job.
Throughout this project, we collaborated closely with Capitol Wholesale Fence to minimize disruptions to their operations. By carefully planning and scheduling the paving work in smaller sections over several days, we ensured that the property remained accessible and functional for their customers and staff. State Employee Parking Lot 29
Have an existing lot in need of a makeover? At Sessions Paving Company, we don't just repave - we elevate. At our project at state employee lot 29 in Nashville, not only did we repave the existing lot, but we went the extra mile to enhance it beyond its original state. Our expert approach began with milling the existing parking lot and excavating an additional two inches to ensure a solid foundation for the asphalt binder. We then proceeded with full-depth parking lot repairs in targeted areas, addressing any underlying issues comprehensively before continuing the process.
In our commitment to excellence, we didn't stop there. To modernize the lot and make it more accessible, we replaced the concrete sidewalk and curb to meet ADA compliance standards. Next, we applied a prime coat of bituminous material along with a layer of chips to establish a smooth base prior to paving. The strategic placement of asphalt binder and tack then ensured strong adhesion between the layers and top, guaranteeing a durable and long-lasting finish. To complete the transformation, we restriped the parking lot, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics.
Williamson County Schools 2022 Summer Paving
Under this contract, we meticulously performed a range of essential services to enhance the parking lots of Crockett Elementary, Sunset Elementary, Nolensville Elementary, and the bus garage.
Our skilled team executed a seamless combination of patching, milling, and overlay techniques, ensuring a durable and smooth surface for these educational institutions. In our dedication to maximizing space efficiency, we removed gravel and dirt areas to create full-depth sections of asphalt, providing additional parking spaces to accommodate the growing needs of the schools. Moreover, we installed speed bumps at Nolensville Elementary and Crockett Elementary to promote a secure environment for all.
Beyond paving, we also performed concrete sidewalk maintenance and improvements to ensure a cohesive and functional parking lot area. To add the finishing touches, we installed striping, signage, fencing, and bumper blocks, elevating the aesthetics and functionality of the lots.
